It is with pleasure that I write a reference for Karen and Vyv Black of Black Eye Advertising for the work they have done for me for the last 8 years.

I appointed Black Eye Advertising in 1997 whilst employed as National Director, Marketing of Byvan, one of Australia's leading retail property specialists company, as the primary creative and advertising agency for the group. In this capacity, the Black Eye team was responsible for assisting me to develop the new company brand and its subsequent rollout across the nation throughout 200 shopping centres.

The role included providing creative support for many of the retail properties under management, where several of our properties won major marketing awards for their work including South Bank retail who won a Category Award and the overall Property Excellence Award.
